Legal basis for processing

Retention period

Data Breach

In the event of a personal data breach, the provisions of art. 33 apply. The data controller will provide within: 24 hours in the case of biometric data 48 hours in the case of data relating to the state of health 72 hours all other types of data To send a communication of data breach to the Guarantor. Art. 34 provides that, if the breached data are likely to present a high risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, it is necessary to also communicate this to the interested party.
